Shelli & Sara are so darn cute together! They were demoing awesome Christmas projects on stage and wait til you hear about the fun and laughs we all had!
When they came out they showed off their beautiful handmade skirts… that were made using our Fabric in the Holiday Mini! Shelli was wearing the vintage style material and Sara was wearing the cool style. They were like a comedy routine… especially when it came to Shelli saying repeatedly, 'That's how the Gardner Girls Roll'.. or just That's how we roll… OMG, I was laughing so hard, it hurt because Each time Shelli would say that, Sara would give her a BIG EYED Look, like 'WHAT???' "That's how we roll? Who says that"… and Shelli said, I do… It was just one of those things, you had to be there for…
So sign up today, and be a member on my team so we can go to convention next year and have laughs together! Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for my password 🙂
Okay, back to the Gardner Show….
The Shelli & Sara are showing us beautiful projects with lots of ooooo's and ah's from the audience and then……….. They stand up to do the next segment – which was to uncover the Christmas Trees, and all of a SUDDEN, Sara WHIPS off her skirt…. OMG… Now, I'm fast with my camera, but obviously not faster than Sara taking her skirt off… LOL
I got her holding the skirt, after she had just taken it off.
I'll tell ya, you can't BLINK when those two are together on stage, you NEVER know what's going to happen! (Big Grin)
Shelli processes to tell us that both skirts double as clothing and as Tree Skirts!
I'll tell ya, we were all in shock how FAST Sara took her skirt off, but I recall Shelli mentioning earlier in their presentation Sara and her husband have four children! 🙂
Shelli did add, "Now don't think my skirt is coming off on stage, because it isn't" Okay, more belly laughing… What good clean fun!
What an awesome 9th Convention (for me) from the start to the end!
The entertainment continues… Shelli and Sara are now showing how to make a few more project.
One was a card with material on it and while Sara was making it on stage, someone in the audience said, We don't have Large Glue Dots any more, they were just retired…" as you can see, even the best laid plans can crash and burn in front of your face (and thousands of others…) tee hee
So Shelli & Sara started turning red, and saying, well, h-u-m, well, h-u-m, well… you can use crystal effects, mini glue dots or dimensionals!?!? They were trying to recover, but not so much…. you really needed the large glue dots for this project… LOL
We love you Shelli……
The boo boo was the beautiful Red Chunky Glitter accent below.
All was not lost, they showed how much fun and easy it is to use the Stampin' Up! material as accents on Paper Crafts!
Loving it! Our Red Chunky Glitter will be available in our Holiday Mini on September 1, 2010 as well as lots of NEW Stamp sets, PUNCHES, Big Shot DIES!! So Stay tuned!!! I just did a $400 Preorder, shhh don't tell my darling husband though okay. It will be our secret:)
There are some classes we took I'll be sharing in another post as well as more photos… but for now…
