Today, I'm sharing what happened on Thursday, July 22. A full day was ahead of us with an exciting evening we were looking forward to.
We started our Morning at 7:00 AM enjoying Breakfast with Shelli. Being part of the Recruit Crew, if you had a recruit in June, you were invited to this event.
When I got to convention, I found out my friends Janet and Kristin also recruited someone in June… WOO HOO…
After breakfast, we received VIP treatment and were invited to sit in the front for Opening Session… That was so cool!
Up close and personal, you can really see and hear things much better when you are close:)
First up was my favorite Brent Steele demonstrating wonderful Halloween Projects.
This is our adorable white house in the Holdiay Mini!
Brent also explained how we can use our MDS and create wonderful decorations! I LOVE MDS!!!!
Then Stampin' Up! recognized demonstrators who achieved sales awards. I was just shy of 24K this past year as well as 200K I really should watch my sales.. LOL
A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS!
There was a large piece of wood that looked like a stamp on stage, and I told my friends, "I'm going to stand next to it, please take a photo then"…. woo hoo and they did!! Great job girls!! xoxo If they could have only made me look thin… 🙂
This day was getting better and better!
After the morning session, we broke for lunch with CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS! Yummy… This is what happens when your chocolate dries, it sticks to everything including the plate.. It was a riot!
Here's Cristena, attempting to eat the whole thing at once! 🙂 You go girlfriend! I met C when we were waiting to go in for our Breakfast with Shelli. C is so much fun! Unfortunately she lives in Washington State and I live in New Jersey…
After a wonderful lunch (and SUGAR OVERLOAD) we headed off to classes we had signed up for.
I was able to take a few more photos of the Display boards. I would take one shot of the 'whole' board….
Then I would take close ups of cards either I liked or I thought my customers would like….
We didn't have enough time between the last class we attended and our evening events to stop back at our hotel, so we always had to bring what we needed for the evening with us in the morning. That is a little tricky but it wasn't my first convention, so after a while you go with the flow:)
So we left straight from the convention center to……… drum roll please
An Evening To Remember by Linda Hansen…. stay tuned for that wonderful adventure:)
Have a wonderful day!
